Mama’s Mineral Tea

from $8.00

Nourish, Calm, and Refresh with Every Sip

Crafted with love and purpose, this tea was born out of my postpartum journey when I needed a mineral-rich, nourishing blend to support my recovery. It quickly became a favorite among other postpartum mamas I shared it with, and now, it’s a beloved staple for my whole family.

Perfect for winding down after a chaotic day, the calming herbs and nutrient-packed ingredients are just what you need for a restful night’s sleep—or a long winter’s nap. In the warmer months, enjoy it iced for a refreshing, replenishing treat that keeps you cool and balanced.

This thoughtfully crafted blend features nettles, alfalfa leaf, lemon balm, rose petals, milky oat tops, and oat straw—delivering an earthy, soothing taste with every cup.

From postpartum mamas to tea enthusiasts, this blend is for anyone seeking comfort, calm, and nourishment.

To Brew a Cup of Tea

Boil 8 ounces of water and pour over 1 tablespoon of dried herbs. Cover and steep for 10–15 minutes. Strain with a fine mesh sieve. Sweeten with raw honey or add a wedge of lemon, if desired.

To Make an Overnight Infusion

Place herbs in a mason jar and add boiling water. Cover and let steep for several hours or overnight. Strain with a fine mesh sieve. Enjoy cold over ice or gently warm for hot tea. Sweeten with raw honey or add a wedge of lemon, if desired.

How to Make a Tincture from a Tea Kit

Add contents of tea kit into a clean quart jar. Pour an 80-proof alcohol (such as vodka or brandy) or food-grade glycerin over the herbs until they are completely submerged and there is about an inch of alcohol above the herbs. Cover the jar with parchment or wax paper and a tight-fitting lid and store it in a cool, dark place. Shake the jar gently every day to help extract the beneficial compounds. Let the herbs infuse for 4–6 weeks for maximum potency. If using glycerin, allow at least 3–4 weeks. After steeping, strain the tincture using a fine mesh sieve or cheesecloth. Transfer the liquid into a dark glass dropper bottle for easy use. Clearly label your tincture with the ingredients and date. Store it in a cool, dark place to maintain freshness.
