Return Policy
Cancelling an Order
If you need to cancel an order after it is placed, please email info@meadowdaleapothecary.com as soon as possible. Orders ship out Friday morning so prompt contact is needed.
If you contact us before an order has shipped, we will refund you in full and cancel your order.
If you contact us after your order has shipped, please mark the box “RETURN TO SENDER” and send the package back unopened. Once we have received your order, we will refund you minus the shipping charges.
We reserve the right to charge a cancellation fee for cancelled orders.
Returns and Exchanges
Meadowdale Apothecary accepts returns for products with a defect/issue only.
If a product is defective, please email us pictures of the product issue at info@meadowdaleapothecary.com. If a product has broken or spilled during shipping, we will need these pictures to be able to send your replacement product. Once we have talked to you, we will ship out a replacement product as soon as possible. If there is any delay (i.e. if the product is out of stock), we will contact you to make arrangements or issue a refund.

Returns or exchanges does not apply to items on clearance. There are no refunds, returns, or exchanges for items on clearance.
Don’t love our product?
We want everyone to love their product, but we understand that might not always be the case. Unfortunately, due to the fact that these items are kits that are completed in your own home, we are unable to refund based on this criteria.
