Homemade Fire Cider — Without All the Chopping
Making traditional fire cider from scratch means gathering a long list of fresh ingredients, chopping everything, and hoping you bought the right amounts. This kit makes it simple.
Inside you'll find a carefully measured blend of organic citrus, roots, herbs, and warming spices, dehydrated and ready to steep in your own raw apple cider vinegar.

All You Need to Add
Raw apple cider vinegar and, if desired, honey or maple syrup after straining.
Please note: Do not give honey to children under 12 months of age. For families with children under 1, use maple syrup instead.
How to Make Your Fire Cider
Add the contents of the kit to a jar and cover with raw apple cider vinegar. Shake regularly and allow to steep for approximately one month. Strain, sweeten to taste, and refrigerate.
A full recipe card is included with every kit, so there's no need to remember measurements or instructions.

I'm Lucy—a Functional Nutritional Therapy Practitioner, Certified GAPS Practitioner, mama, and the hands behind every Meadowdale remedy.
Meadowdale grew from years of making herbal preparations for my own family and friends. Today, I make those same traditional preparations a little easier for other families through thoughtfully sourced teas, balms, and pre-measured herbal kits.
Everything is made in small batches with the same care I'd want for my own home.
