All You Need to Add
Raw apple cider vinegar and, if desired, honey or maple syrup after straining. I buy both in bulk from → Azure Standard for my own family and recommend choosing a raw, unfiltered apple cider vinegar and good-quality raw honey. Local raw honey is wonderful, too!
Please note: Do not give honey to children under 12 months of age. For families with children under 1, use maple syrup instead.
